Returns & Exchange Policy

If you don't love your purchase, don't worry, we are here to help! You can initiate a return or exchange up to 30 days from the date of delivery.

Easy Returns & Exchanges

We believe in making the return process as simple as possible. If, for any reason, you're not completely satisfied with your purchase, you have 30 days from the date of delivery to initiate a return & exchange (All crib mattresses purchased on elemusebaby.com can be returned within 100 nights starting from your due date. All other items must be returned within 30 days). Just follow these easy steps:

a. Contact our customer support team via info@elemusebaby.com to request a return or exchange with the following information:

b. Provide your order number and a brief explanation for the return request (Exchange, damage, incorrect purchase…etc.)

c. Customer support will provide you with a return prepaid label and detailed instructions on how to proceed in 24 - 48hrs by email.

d. The product must be returned in the original packaging received and free of stains and/or damage.

e. Exchange item(s): If the new item is of higher value, the price difference must be paid. If exchange for items of lower value, the price difference will be refunded. Exchanges will be processed upon receipt of the original item.

Refund

a. Once we receive the returned item, we will issue a refund to your original payment method.

b. Pls allow 5-14 business days for the refund to reflect in your account, as processing times may vary depending on your financial institution.

c. You will receive an email confirmation once the refund has been processed.

d. Gift cards may not be redeemed for cash or refunded. All returned items purchased using a gift card will be refunded as credit back onto a gift card.

e. Orders purchased via PayPal will only be eligible for a refund to your PayPal account.
