Where we ship to?
Elemusebaby.com currently offer free shipping within contiguous 48 United States only. We do not ship to Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico or other US Territories, or international destinations.
Order Processing Time
Once your order is placed and payment is confirmed, our team will process it within 2 business days. Please note that business days exclude weekends and public holidays. After processing, your order will be handed over to our shipping partner for delivery.
Estimated Delivery Time
The estimated delivery time for your order will depend on your location and the shipping method selected during checkout. Generally, you can expect your order to be delivered within 3-5 business days after it has been shipped. Please note that unforeseen circumstances or high-demand periods may cause slight delays, but we will do our best to keep you informed throughout the process.

Order Changes and Cancellations
We understand that changes or cancellations may be necessary, and we will accommodate them whenever possible. However, please note the following guidelines:
Order Changes: If you need to modify your order, such as updating the shipping address or adding/removing items, please contact our customer support team at info@elemusebaby.com as soon as possible. We will do our best to accommodate your request if your order has not been processed or shipped. If we cannot change your order, you may return the items in your original order back. Once we receive the returned items, your refund will be issued to your original form of payment.
Order Cancellations: You may cancel an order placed through the elemusebaby.com at any time prior to shipment. If your order has not been processed or shipped, we will cancel it and issue a full refund. However, if your order has already been processed or shipped, we may not be able to cancel it. In such cases, you can refer to our Returns and Refunds policy for further assistance.
Pre-orders can be cancelled free of charge, before they are shipped, by clicking the link in your confirmation email or by emailing us at info@elemusebaby.com.
